NEW YORK, Nov. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Industrea Acquisition Corp. (“Industrea” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: INDU) announced today that it has scheduled the special meeting of its stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) to be held to, among other things, approve the proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) between Industrea and Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. (“CPH”) for December 4, 2018. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 17, 2018, the record date for the Special Meeting (the “Record Date”), will be entitled to vote their shares at the Special Meeting either in person or by proxy. The closing of the Business Combination is subject to approval by Industrea’s stockholders and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018.
